How We Work With Homeowners

 We understand that selling a house can be a bit of a stressful and difficult process, and sometimes personal circumstances make it more complicated. We like to treat people with respect and help if we can.

We’ll try to find a workable solution for you, we’ll ask you a few questions about your property and your needs so we can work out an offer based on your particular situation.

We believe that everyone should be able to choose when and how they sell their own house.  There are different ways of going about selling a property depending on your timeframe, financial needs and other factors so there is no one solution that works for everyone.

We’ll tell you if we can help you based on the situation and what you need.  We’ll let you know what we can do and if we can’t help we’ll tell you. We won’t waste your time.

Who We Are

We are a family run business based in London and we and focus on helping homeowners and landlords find a way out of situations of owning unwanted properties. We started out in property investment in 2006 and then started House and Flat Buyers in 2012, originally, by helping London based landlords sell properties they’d bought in other cities around the country.

What We Do

We help homeowners who can’t or don’t want to sell through estate agents for whatever reason. If you’ve tried selling with an estate agent but have had no success, feel free to get in touch to see if we can help.

If you are a landlord with a rental property that is not working out the way you planned or just doesn’t work for you anymore, we want to make it easy for you to sell your property while still receiving a fair price.

We specialise in finding alternative ways of solving property problems and may be able to help you if no one else can.  We can even offer long term rental contracts with a sale at the end at full market value.
